RENT 101

WHEN
Rent is due on the 1st of every month! If we have not received your rent payment by 5p.m. on the 5th of the month your apartment will be charged a 5% late fee. We DO NOT recognize portions. If one of your roommates fails to pay on time the fee is charged to the entire apartment.
WHERE
Payments can be made in or mailed to our leasing office inside The Coronado building or on line through our website.
HOW
If you are paying in the office please pay by cash, check or money order. To mail in your payment please send to:
3701 Lindell Blvd.
St. Louis, MO 63108.
Paying on line is very simple. You may pay by credit card or an e-check. These do charge connivance fees. In order to submit payment in this fashion you will need to access our website and enroll to create your own user-name and password. Lastly, you may opt to have your rent automatically taken out of your checking account every month on the 1st. All you need to do is fill out an Electronic Payment Form located here in our office. Please provide a voided check with this form.
Checks from this point on should not be made out to FrontDoor LLC. When writing checks please provide what the check is for along with your apartment number and building in the memo line. Here is a list of who to make your checks payable to according to the building you live in.
