Whether you are moving in, out or transferring to another FrontDoor Property, this website is bound to help you! Don't forget to schedule your move-out inspection with the leasing office. If you live in a building with an elevator, we will block out 2 hours for your move! Please also don't forget that all items must be moved through the rear of the buildings.
If you are moving out or transferring to another FrontDoor apartment, please be sure you have completed your Notice to Vacate. This will tell us when you are vacating and where to send your security deposit refund! Without this form, you may not receive your deposit within 30 days or even 60 days. We send your refund to your last known address which is going to be the apartment you are currently vacating.
Moving is a very busy and stressful time and many times, people forget to change their mailing address. To have your mail forwarded to your new address, just complete the online form on the postal service website: USPS Mover's Guide
Remember, anything left in the apartment will be charged a removal fee so be sure you get everything out before you turn in your keys!
